Our Team Has Grown! Kaizen Merges With SCL CPA PC

Kaizen CPAs & Advisors is excited to announce the merger with SCL CPA PC! Effective January 1, 2022, both firms will operate under the Kaizen name. 

Since our inception nearly 60 years ago, we’ve made it our mission to provide unparalleled accounting and tax assistance to small business owners and individuals. This merger, a blending of two strong firms, will allow us to provide even greater, more diverse service and ultimately make your life better.

We conducted an extensive search within our region looking for an opportunity like this, and we couldn’t be happier to partner with a firm like SCL CPA PC that shares our client-facing values and offers complementary strengths to the services we already offer. What’s more, acquiring a larger organization also benefits our team by providing even more career opportunities. 

Since its establishment in 2017, SCL CPA PC has acquired two additional firms and a location in Arlington Heights, IL. SCL exceeded our hopes for a firm we can combine with and continue the tradition we have for excellent service, deep expertise, and an environment our clients and associates want to be a part of.

Along with business growth, the firm has experienced similar professional growth from its internal team members. We can’t wait to add their high-quality, committed professionals to our team of tax and accounting experts!

There are many new services and areas of expertise we will be able to provide to you in the future. However, there are several things we want to point out that will not change:

• Our Team — All of our team members are being retained in their current roles. This means that you will continue to work with the same team you have in the past and that your services will be uninterrupted.
• Services — The services we have provided you in the past will continue to be offered by the combined firm. 
• Contact — Our contact information will remain the same. 

Except for our Kenosha office, which will move just a few blocks from its current location, we will continue to operate from our current offices, with additional offices in South Barrington, IL and Arlington Heights, IL. The Kenosha office will move to its new location at 6905 Green Bay Rd, Suite #202 on January 24th.
